1. Services Overview

Responsible for verifying transactions, managing token allocations, overseeing the smooth operation of the platform, and coordinating with owners by sharing verified payment reports on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

All payments are processed securely using Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways integrated into our system to ensure safe and smooth financial transactions.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All the activities that are conducted under your account.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activities.

3. Tokens and Appointment Booking:

  • Tokens serve as the medium to book and confirm appointments:
  • Users must purchase tokens to secure appointment slots with doctors.
  • Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment start time.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to applicable app service charges; the remaining refundable amount will be returned to the user.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or for no-shows.
  • Doctors may adjust their token allocations based on their availability and appointment completion.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments for tokens and related services are made through Razorpay or other supported gateways, all ensuring secure transactions.
  • Service fees, token prices, and any applicable taxes are clearly indicated before payment.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Admin Verification and Reporting

The admin panel plays a critical role in maintaining the platform’s integrity:

  • Admins verify all appointment transactions and token usage.
  • Admins manage token distribution and resolve disputes related to payments or bookings.

We reserve the right to update or modify pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect already booked appointments.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users, including doctors and patients, agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
  • Avoid submitting false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Refrain from interfering with platform functionality, including unauthorized data extraction or reverse engineering.
  • Follow all instructions and guidelines related to booking, cancellations, and payments.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Token Healthcare is a digital platform that facilitates appointment scheduling and communication between patients and healthcare providers. However:

  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • All medical consultations are conducted by certified professionals, but outcomes and advice accuracy are the responsibility of the healthcare provider.
  • For emergencies or serious conditions, please seek immediate in-person medical care.

8. Shipping Policy

As Token Healthcare is a digital platform, no physical products are shipped. All services are delivered electronically via mobile or web applications.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational needs. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after such changes means acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these terms.
  • Illegal or harmful behavior.

  • Users may deactivate their accounts by contacting our support team.
